The Grace Period. We offer a 30-day window from the moment your selection arrives to request a return. We believe this provides ample time to ensure your experience meets our standard of excellence.
Condition of Return. To be eligible for restoration, your item must remain in its original state, unused, unopened, and in its initial packaging with all identifiers intact. A proof of purchase is required to facilitate this journey.
The Process. To initiate a return, please contact our concierge at sales01@healingearth.co.za. Once accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. We kindly ask that you do not send items back without prior correspondence, as these cannot be accepted.
Damages and Discrepancies. Upon the arrival of your order, we invite you to inspect your selection. Should you find any defect, damage, or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We are committed to evaluating the issue and ensuring it is made right with deliberate care.
Exceptions. In the interest of hygiene and bespoke quality, certain items are non-returnable. This includes:

Curated Items: Perishable goods, sale invitations, and gift cards.
Exchanges. The most seamless path to a new selection is to return the original item for a refund and place a separate order for your new choice. This ensures the swiftest restoration of your ritual.
Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved returns will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow for the standard processing time required by your financial institution to reflect this balance.
