Your Order

How do I place an order? Visit healingearth.co.za, select your collection, choose your product and add it to your cart. At checkout, accept our terms and conditions and select your preferred payment method. Payment is processed securely through PayFast.

Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it? Yes — provided your order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at gm@healingearth.co.za and we will do what we can.

How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are processed within three to five business days. Delivery within South Africa typically takes a further one to five business days, between 08h00 and 17h00, Monday to Friday. International delivery times vary by destination — please write to us for guidance.

What are the shipping fees? South African standard delivery is R140, calculated at checkout based on weight and dimensions. Duties and taxes applicable to your country are not included. For international shipping enquiries, please contact gm@healingearth.co.za.

Do you ship internationally? We ship to most international destinations. Some countries are subject to restriction — if you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please write to us and we will confirm.

Where can I purchase Healing Earth outside of South Africa? Our international distributors are listed on the website. We are selectively expanding our global presence — if your country is not yet represented, we would be glad to hear from you.

How do I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation by email with tracking details included.

My order is taking longer than expected. What should I do? Please write to gm@healingearth.co.za and we will investigate and guide you promptly.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order? Yes, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Please ensure your details are correct at checkout to avoid delays.

Can I collect my order in person? Yes. Collection from our head office is available on selected days. Please contact us to arrange.

What if something is missing or damaged? Please contact gm@healingearth.co.za within seven days of receiving your order. We will resolve the matter with care and without delay.

What is your returns policy? Products that arrive defective or damaged should be reported within seven days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement. Your confidence in what you receive matters to us.


Stocking & Wholesale

I would like to carry Healing Earth in my store or property. How do I begin? We partner selectively with retailers and properties whose values and standards align with ours. Please complete the partnership enquiry form on our website or write to us directly. We offer wholesale terms, comprehensive training and ongoing support.


Our Formulations

Are your products natural? Every Healing Earth formulation is built on pure, active ingredients, botanicals, minerals, essential oils and plant actives selected for their proven efficacy. Our entire range is free from synthetic fragrances, artificial colourants, DEA and NDEA, SLS and sodium sulphates, and harmful preservatives. Nothing is tested on animals.

Our formulations are scientifically developed to penetrate at a cellular level, stimulate the skin's natural renewal processes, and deliver visible, lasting results, without compromising the integrity of what goes into them.

Why does my product look slightly different from before? This is a sign of authenticity, not inconsistency. Our ingredients are drawn directly from nature, unrefined, unaltered, and subject to the natural variations of season, yield and growing conditions. Two batches of shea butter, like two flowers from the same tree, will never be identical. This is not a flaw. It is evidence that what you are holding is genuinely natural. If you ever have a concern about a specific product, please write to us.

Are your products vegan? The majority of our formulations are free from animal-derived ingredients. Where animal-derived components are present, such as lactic acid in certain formulations — they are clearly listed in the ingredient declaration. We are committed to reducing these instances over time as science and sourcing allow. We recommend reviewing the ingredient list for any product if this is important to you.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin? Yes, though we always recommend a patch test before first use. Apply a small amount to the inner wrist and wait 24 hours. If you experience any sensitivity or redness, discontinue use and contact us.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy? We do offer pregnancy-appropriate formulations. Our African Potato Face & Body Balm and Pinotage Facial Care Range are suitable options during pregnancy. As with any skincare during this time, we recommend consulting your GP before beginning a new routine.

Do your products contain nut oils? Yes, Mongongo Nut Oil is present in the following formulations: De Stress Eye Gel, Pinotage Detox & Uplift Bath & Body Oil, Mongongo Nut Detoxing Body Polish, Mongongo Nut Detoxing Bath & Body Oil, and Mongongo Nut Detoxing Body Balm. Please check the ingredient list if you have a nut sensitivity.

What is the shelf life of your products? Eighteen months from the date of opening.

How should I store my products? Store at room temperature, in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Natural formulations are sensitive to extreme heat and cold — not in terms of efficacy, but texture. If you notice any change in colour, scent or consistency beyond what is natural variation, discontinue use. When in doubt, trust your instincts.

Why do you use glass packaging? Glass is our material of choice for reasons that go beyond aesthetics, though the aesthetic matters too. Glass is chemically inert — it does not interact with the formulation inside, protecting the integrity of every active ingredient. It is infinitely recyclable. It is refillable. And it feels, in the hand, exactly as a considered product should, substantial, pure, and made to last. The cold weight of glass, the way it holds light, these are not incidental details. They are part of the experience.

Is your packaging recyclable? Most of our packaging is recyclable. If you cannot find recycling information for a specific product, please write to us at gm@healingearth.co.za and we will confirm.


Your Account

How do I create an account? Select Login at the top right of the website. Choose Create Account, enter your details, and confirm. Your account gives you faster checkout, order history, tracking, and the ability to save products for future reference.

I have forgotten my password. Select Login, then Forgot Your Password. Enter your email address and we will send you a reset link promptly.

How do I update my details? Log in, go to My Account, then Account Details. From there you can update your address and personal information at any time.
